Welcome Shawn. With a background in advertising and new media, Shawn creates branded online experiences for his clients through art, movement and design. He has a true natural talent, and discerning ‘keen eye’ for logo design and company branding.
Frank Hilgers wasn’t always a computer ‘geek.’ He started out in school as a computer ‘nerd,’ and progressed over the next 35 years to earn the appropriately awarded, highly coveted title. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Frank’s technical genius allows him to program and create, utilizing every code known to mankind, with precision and uncanny ingenuity. All things are possible with Frank, except for a normal enjoyment of free time. All he needs is tea to get started!
Although new to Youtech, Lauren is not new to the world of graphic design. Even outside of work you can find her identifying typefaces, critiquing logos, and commenting on surrounding design work. Along with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Graphic Design from Eastern Illinois University, Lauren has an unmatched passion for her work. With a fresh eye and clean style, she is able to create eye-catching designs that help her clients establish notoriety in the market place.

Natalie is a junior at the University of Texas at Austin pursuing a double major in public relations and psychology. She is eager to put her textbook knowledge to the test in the real world of public relations. Growing up in the generation of the Internet, she is able to effectively manage social media marketing and make the most of 140 characters.
