Over time, our family has grown exponentially, and with it, the Youtech culture has evolved. Today, our business is greater than the sum of its parts, a fact we couldn’t be more proud of. So how do we do it?
What’s it like to work at Youtech?
How do you define leadership? Is it the ability to guide others? The aptitude to motivate a team no matter the situation? Caring more about a common goal than personal success?
Odds are, almost everyone has a different definition, but one thing is certain:
A great leader makes sure their team accomplishes more than they otherwise would.
By ourselves, we’re exceptional, but together, we’re unstoppable. With pistons firing on all cylinders, this well-oiled machine can make mountains look like bumps in the road. That’s what happens when you unite an entire office full of leaders.
The Youtech Way
To Youtech, the ultimate measure of success is a flourishing long-term relationship with each and every one of our clients. We represent this integrated marketing and development agency with unrivaled wisdom, delivering flawless material and irreplaceable services on every project, big or small.
Over time, our family has grown exponentially, and with it, the Youtech culture has evolved. Today, our business is greater than the sum of its parts, a fact we couldn’t be more proud of.
Most of the time, you can find us wearing our hard hats, working diligently on the construction of our latest groundbreaking project. But we also know how to bust out the party hats when it’s time to take a breather, a trademark of the Youtech culture and vital component for any creative workplace.
Yeah we’re busy, but we like it that way. And we have no problem working until the late hours of the night when we can take part in mini-basketball bouts, football target practice sessions, and the occasional ping-pong tournament during the day.
And that’s just it. Offices shouldn’t be sterile, uptight jail cells littered with cubicles. And writers, designers & coders shouldn’t just co-exist. They should be able to learn from each other, working closely together throughout the day. A workplace should be filled with fun-loving and like-minded individuals who grow together by sharing their experience, knowledge and ideas freely.
That right there, that’s Youtech.

Lauren now holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Graphic Design from Eastern Illinois University. She can be recognized by her ampersand tattoo, necklace or the large sculpture in her office. Frank HilgersDirector of Technology
It took 35 years from Frank to progress from a computer “geek” to the official title of a computer “nerd” or “expert” as we like to say, but who’s counting. Frank is the unofficial master of codes and programming, holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering. When Frank isn’t hiding behind his five computer screens or drinking a cup of tea, he is entertained by spending a night on the town with the Youtech team to re-live his younger years.
Michael NorrisDirector of Search Marketing
Not everyone can say their dinner conversations have always centered around marketing and business acumen, but in Michael’s house, this was typical. Always interested in what was going on around him, Michael immersed himself in the field and hasn’t looked back since. With his marketing skills and unique writing ability, Michael is now the author of an award-winning book, for which he donated all proceeds to charity. Known by most as the happy-go-lucky guy with terrible jokes, this MBA student can likely be found talking about fantasy football, traveling, or hitting the beach – sometimes all at once.
